Earning Points
Purchasing products

You earn 1 points for every $1.00 spent on products purchased through the outlets-online.net .

Point awards are generally calculated on the product total before tax and shipping and after promotional discounts are applied.

Purchases of gift certificates do not count toward points earning.

Free gift do not count toward points earning

Points Balance

You can email rewards@outlet-online.net to check your points, please make sure always use the same email address for ordering, as we will use this email address to identify you.

Use your Rewards Points to purchase products from the outlets-online.net.

Points can only be redeemed at outlets-online.net online shopping.

You can redeem your point once you reached 3000 points level.

Points Level:

Each point can be redeemed for $0.033.

You need to have a minimum of 3000 points for redemption.

Shipping

If a shipping fee is applicable, it may not be paid with points.

Other Conditions

Points-only redemption orders cannot be combined with other offers.

Points are not redeemable for cash.

Points are not transferable.

Expiration: Points expire 120 days from the date they can be redeemable.

Transactions that do not re-date points:
*Points-only purchases
*Merchandise returns
*Sample-only orders

We will send you email to alert you your points can be redeemed.

Points cannot be earned on purchases made with points.

Adjustments

On earned points:

If you exchange or return a product for which you have earned points, points will be awarded or subtracted from your account based on the adjusted subtotal. On redeemed points:

If you return a product that you purchased with points, all the conditions of the outlets-online.net 3-day refund/exchange policy apply and your points balance will be adjusted accordingly unless otherwise stated.

Terms and Conditions

Outlets-online.net reserves the right to modify or cancel its Rewards Points and/or other loyalty programs at any time without notice. Outlets-online.net reserves the right to cancel or revoke any account at any time without notice or compensation. Unused points in a customer's account at the time of cancellation, revocation, or program termination shall be forfeited without compensation. Outlets-online.net reserves the right to adjust customer point balances for errors, including, without limitation, intentional and/or unintentional typographical errors and errors of omission by customers, Outlets-online.net or its systems (electronic or otherwise)
